All communication with Brightraven Leak Specialists LLC that become a request for service are strictly requests for service to be performed on a time and material basis unless otherwise previously agreed upon.
Time and material are defined as the time it takes per man, per hour, plus the materials used in the process of making the repair. Time is figured from “port to port” meaning that from the time our techs leave their last service call till they leave the next service call.
Any last-minute cancellations that occur after a tech is already en route will result in a minimum trip charge and billed accordingly.
Minimum trip charge is $200.00. Minimum plus repair is $250.00. Minimum trip is defined as any service call that is started and completed within any given 2 hr. frame of time during office hours. Office hours are 7 am to 5 pm.
Emergency hours are 5pm to 5am est. All specific repairs, installations, cleanings etc. are Brightraven guaranteed, meaning, if the invoice has been paid and the specific issue appears to be unresolved, Brightraven will continue to investigate and make the necessary repairs at no additional cost to the customer.
